I'm sorry, I just don't buy that the ND went 4-8 due to S&C.

I think the bigger factors are:

1. Recruiting misses - Lack of depth
2. Offensive/Defensive schemes - Power running / Defensive strategy
3. Special Teams
4. Poor job coaching - at HC down to position coaches.

I understand some coaches "complained" about the S&C program. Isn't that a great way to deflect responsibility?

Same thing for players. Shouldn't they "own" their development. S&C doesn't need to be rocket-science.

I'm sorry, I just don't think it is the S&C who should bear the brunt of the blame.

Well there is some truth to . some of the o-line members were undersized and should have been in excess of 330lbs . this is conditioning
