Who else are DESIRABLE DCs?

What criteria are we looking for?
Energy, Recruiter, Football IQ, Football Instructor.

In my opinion, the new DC needs to do two things:

1. Recruit
2. Motivate

The guy is older, and I'm not sure he'd be a great recruiter, but the best recruiting is playing great defense. That will help more than anything anyone can say. Hopefully ND can find a bit of both if they don't land a guy like him.

But, I do really like how that guy plays defense, and they've been very good under him this year. Just as they were with BC. He didn't have a lot of talent at BC, but he sure got them to play well and hard.
