BK Notebook: Spring Practice #1

Spring football is off and running in South Bend as Notre Dame kicked off practice number one on Wednesday morning. Head coach Brian Kelly was pleased with the effort and focus of his team on day one, but it was your typical first day, so the trick will be maintaining the intensity over the next 14 practices.

“I liked the energy and enthusiasm of day one – if every practice could be like that, it’d be awesome,” Kelly stated after practice. “It was a good day. I liked our tempo and teaching.
