I mean, the talent is pretty even. I expect both teams to play all out. ND has for most if not all of this season.

I expect ND to show up. They are equal in talent.

Therefore, it all comes down to coaching and the game plan.

Game plan to some extent, but I think which QB plays the best will have a big impact as well. ND really needs Wimbush to have a big day, both throwing and with his legs.
