I'll have some more updates on a few of this weekend's visitors later in the day, but wanted to get some of it out there now.

2019 Indiana WR Eli Pancol has ben blowing up lately, picking up several offers in the last month, including multiple Power Five offers. He's really excited about getting a chance to meet with the Notre Dame staff while in South Bend and seeing the facilities. He's already taken unofficial visits to Purdue, Michigan State, Iowa and Indiana with Purdue having seriously stood out. His eyeing trips to Duke, Cincinnati and Louisville in the future. He isn't in a rush to make a decision.

Spoke to the DB coach of 2019 Virginia CB Salim Turner-Muhammad, who had nothing but great things to say about him as a player and a person off the field. One of the major things he stressed was how serious Turner-Muhammad is about the academic part of choosing a college. The coach said it's always the first thing Turner-Muhammad mentions and knows all of the statistics that go with it. Obviously, this jives with what Mike reported about Turner-Muhammad earlier in the week regarding his interest in Notre Dame.

2020 Michigan LB Cornell Wheeler is the most recent West Bloomfield standout to be added to the list. The 6-foot-1, 220-pounder already has Michigan, Syracuse and Toledo offers. He took a quick unofficial visit with a larger group back in the spring and was impressed with the coaches and the campus. He'll be looking to hook up with defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Clark Lea more on this trip. There's a lot of time left in his recruitment, but Notre Dame has his attention early.
