This kid attended a football game last season and has an affinity for ND too. Family has been out of Wisconsin to other parts of the world and country for a while, so the affinity to Wisconsin despite sister and dad playing there is not THAT deeply rooted. Dad played at Wisconsin in the dark ages of the program under Steve Yoder which doesn't have much to do with the last couple decades or the current staff (who still has a little bit to prove as far as will they carry on what has been the recent norm seamlessly going forward) . I would guess with the ski (as a ski myself) last name that there is a strong probability of Catholicism being a prominent part of the family. A lady player (his sister) picking Wisconsin isn't necessarily that she had a pick of anywhere and chose there (in other words, we have no idea if she could have gone to ND (as in had an offer which she almost certainly did not) that she would have went to Wisconsin. Big brother is a little different caliber of recruit then his sister.

The sister was Ist team All State USA Today.

Has Nate taken an unofficial visit to Wisconsin like he did with ND? I like the 8 crystal balls coming out immediately after we offered. Has Wisconsin offered or are they only showing interest at this point. If they offered, it would be interesting to see if some crystal balls come out for Wisconsin.
