Frank Commentary

I think if you would’ve asked Notre Dame fans at the beginning of the season if they would be satisfied with a 10-2 regular season record, the majority of them would’ve answered yes.  Three 10-win seasons and a playoff berth in 2018 is an impressive accomplishment for Brian Kelly and this team, especially considering them rallying after the dismal 4-8 season in 2016.  

Was it the ending anyone wanted?  No.  

Was it a pretty 10-2?  Not always.
