Shaun Crawford Will Return For A Sixth Season

Notre Dame cornerback Shaun Crawford will be back for the Irish in 2020 for a sixth season it appears. 

The Cleveland (Ohio) native missed his freshman season with a torn ACL and then suffered a torn Achilles tendon his sophomore season in 2016. 

In 2017, Crawford returned to the field and saw action in 11 games. Crawford recored 32 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions and recoevered two fumbles. 

Crawford tore his ACL prior to the 2018 season, but returned to the field in 2019. Last fall, Crawford racked up 28 tackles, 1.0 tackles for loss and one interception.
