I love baseball. I’m sure the majority of you watch it, played it, and it probably holds some form of nostalgia for you. For those of you who pitched, you’ll remember the days you just didn’t have your “good stuff” and everything just felt off. The ball felt like 10 ounces, not five, the curve wasn’t getting any snap, and you were leaving your change up high in the zone. You were also getting hit.
