I just touched base with 2023 Findlay (Ohio) DE Luke Montgomery‍ about 15 minutes after he got his offer from Notre Dame.

The kid was speechless and surprised Mike Elston offered him this early. The two had been in contact over the last few weeks and are from the same area of Ohio, so they have a bond through the area.
