Notre Dame quarterback Jack Coan confirmed something Notre Dame fans and analysts had been debating for a few years. The graduate transfer reflected on his lacrosse background and felt it helped his football development in many ways. 

"I think it's helped a lot as a quarterback as far as agility, conditioning and scrambling,” said Coan. “One thing with lacrosse is making moves and still keeping your eyes downfield and trying to find open guys.
