2023 TE Cooper Flanagan Talks Notre Dame Offer

Even before Cooper Flanagan‍ visited South Bend, the potential fit between the 2023 California tight end and Notre Dame seemed obvious.

After that June visit, that potential fit seemed even more obvious.

On Friday, the Irish took the next step in their pursuit, extending a scholarship offer to the 6-foot-5, 240-pounder from De La Salle High School.

“We had a Zoom with Coach (Tommy) Rees, Coach (John) McNulty and Coach (Brian) Polian,” Flanagan said.
