Good morning and Happy Mother’s Day. 

Saturday was a big day for Notre Dame as 2023 Saint James School (Md.) defensive lineman Devan Houstan went public with his commitment to the Fighting Irish. 

The commitment increased Notre Dame's lead for the No. 1 recruiting class on 247's composite rankings but, more importantly, gave Al Washington a big interior body.
