Takacs Talks Notre Dame Decision

George Takacs has been pretty quiet throughout the recruiting process and virtually silent for months, but with his decision made, the 2018 Florida tight end explained why he chose Notre Dame in an interview with Irish Sports Daily on Wednesday night.

This past weekend, The Naples, Fla., native made his third trip to Notre Dame in about a year and it was the one that sealed the deal for him.

“On the last visit, it kind of felt like home,” the 6-foot-7, 235-pounder said.
