Video: More Summer Work For The Irish

Notre Dame will start Fall Camp in just a few weeks but Director of Football Performance Matt Balis is continuing to push his team until then. 

On Tuesday, Notre Dame released another video giving a look at summer conditioning. Some players were wearing gold "starving" shirts, which represents the highest of honors from Balis. "Starving" is the top of the mountain, while "Hungry" is in the middle and "Satisfied" isn't ideal.
