Notre Dame released 53 seconds of winter workout clips on Monday evening with the caption: “56.28 tons. It's not just the weight, it's the motivation to keep going even when you think you can't.”

- OL Liam Eichenberg and early enrollee Zeke Correll 

- OL Robert Hainsey makes an appearance with DL Jayson Ademilola and TE Tommy Tremble. 

- 20 seconds in the video, OL Josh Lugg finishes a set. 

- At the 24 second mark, Matt Balis and DL Kurt Hinish is seen motivating LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah. 

- 40 seconds in, Balis is showing his love and appreciation for the work OL Tommy Kraemer is putting in.
