Three Players on Offense in Need of a Big Spring

Miles Boykin had 18 career catches after his third year at Notre Dame. Despite that little production, the Irish offense needed him to step forward in 2018 to do much more than he’d shown aside from his performance in the Citrus Bowl. It needed to start in the spring and it did.

He went from fighting for reps the previous year to out-dueling All-American cornerback Julian Love in one on ones. He practiced like a number one receiver and then he carried that over into the fall.
