Going into the previous offseason, the number one goal for Notre Dame’s offense was to fix/develop Brandon Wimbush as a passer. It could have been a passing of the torch with the way Ian Book played in the Citrus Bowl, but the coaching staff put a lot of their focus into helping Wimbush become the player they thought he could be.
