Notre Dame football coach Brian Kelly put a stamp on a dark weekend on Sunday afternoon. 

On the health of running back Tony Jones Jr.
"His x-ray was clean," said Kelly. "He's got sore ribs, so obviously we will be careful with him this week, but we expect that he would be able to play this weekend."

On areas of concern:
"I think more than anything else is controlling the line of scrimmage. We weren't able to control the line of scrimmage.
