Notre Dame’s new defensive coordinator is wasting no time hitting the recruiting trail, as 2017 Windsor (Conn.) cornerback Jason Pinnock heard from Mike Elko on Thursday morning.
“Coach Elko said he loves my tape and wants to offer me,” Pinnock told Irish Sports Daily. “He just needs to see how many more offers they have to give out before making it official.
“He said he was looking for some really good defensive backs and after watching my film, he was very impressed.
