One area of concern for a lot of Irish fans heading into the off season was with the strength and conditioning program.  Many felt a change was needed, as did Brian Kelly.  Enter Matt Balis.  In speaking with Balis, one gets the idea that he feels like he hit the lottery when it comes to what he describes as a dream job.
