Can This Offensive Roster Win a National Championship?

Just awhile ago, I asked ND fans how far they felt Notre Dame was away from having a true championship-level roster.  Of course, nobody really knows, and there are so many factors that have to fall just right for a team to win a championship, but most people can recognize teams that have talent and those that do not.  And it’s often recognizable when a team is getting close—like the Irish.
