A Look at the 2016 Class

The class of 2016 got a taste of life as a college football player at Notre Dame last fall as 13 members of the class played as true freshmen while 10 players saved a year of eligibility.

Defensive back Spencer Perry played in six games and transferred to South Alabama. Offensive lineman Parker Boudreaux redshirted and transferred to Central Florida during the summer.

Most of the 13 players who played in 2016 didn't blow up the stats column , but they did gain valuable experience.
