I really think this temple team is pretty good. I bet they win quite a few games this year. They have some speed in skill guys. O line Is pretty good. They hit hard on defense.

Not a coach but our linebackers Morgan and Martini didn't seem to play well at all.
If there was any doubt who our work horse back will be this year that was probably answered in the first half. Adams looks strong. He broke numerous arm tackles in that first half. Still has his "***" burst for a guy his size too. Reminds me of ex Bills RB Fred Jackson a bit. Runs upright but hes tough, durable and has a surprising burst.
I'm having a hard time finding much to complain about. I'm watching some top teams across the country beat up on some cupcakes and some top teams struggling. I see a 4 win Notre Dame team last year going against a 10 win Temple team last year and for the most part completely dominating across the board. Our Defense isn't Alabama and we knew it wouldn't.

Also tough as a MLB when your DT's are getting pushed back (which they have quite a bit this half).
Wonder what harry h was so pissed about after smythes catch. Bk was talking to the ref and Harry came over and tossed his clipboard and seemed to start hollering at bk before they cut away

I don't think we're going to be a real good defense this year, but they are playing hard and tough. It doesn't look like a Chinese fire drill on defense.
Defense looks to be better than last year, still a long way off from being a serious playoff contender.
Offense showed that they have potential, just need to be more consistent. Not sure if that's on the players, or the play calling. Maybe a mix of both.
