I took a look at how ND's classes finished up over the last decade (+1).....

Pretty much in the 11-14 range for most of the past decade. Based on that, ND usually plays with more talent. But still, making it to the playoffs and a couple of big bowls despite not finishing with a Top 10 class is impressive. ND has been nothing to sneeze at for several years now. Sure, they are not Bama, Georgia, Clemson, or OSU, but who is????

That 2013 class was impressive. Although some may argue they didn't live up to the hype...
