2022 Four-Star WR Sets ND Official Visit
2022 Mater Dei (Calif.) WR CJ Williams has set an official visit to Notre Dame in June. Notre Dame will be the first visit, then Williams will be taking officials to Ohio State and USC the following weekends. "Notre Dame is going to come first and then I'll be going to Ohio State the second week of June and then I'll be going to USC," Williams told Scott Schrader of USCScoop.comThe four-star prospect was set to talk to Texas late on Friday night to potentially lock in a visit to Austin as well. Williams is good friends with 2022 Texas QB commit Maalik Murphy and the two have talked about playing together for months. Murphy will be taking his official visit to Texas on June 18th.I do like Notre Dame's position here more than I did say two weeks ago. Williams is a kid who would thrive at Notre Dame because of his personality, but it's also going to be a tough pull. However, I think this is what you want to see from Del Alexander, Tommy Rees and Brian Kelly as they're sticking their nose in there and competing with top programs. National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
