Likely The Final Devin Moore Update
Source in Florida tells me that Devin Moore has told the Gators he plans to sign with them in the morning. This source is extremely confident that he's told UF that, but the same source stressed that he isn't quite as confident that he'll follow through with that. That being said, I have no reason to believe Moore has given Notre Dame any such assurances.

7:05 PM Devin Moore Update
Spoke to another guy on Devin Moore. He isn't sure what Moore is going to choose (or, if he does, he's not saying). It is down to Notre Dame and Florida, obviouslyBut one thing I was told is that Moore certainly seems set in his mind on what he's going to do, at least that's the sense this guy had. So, while Walker and Lucas seem to be going back and forth between the schools they're considering, I don't see much chance of Moore's mind being changed between now and when he makes his announcement at 7:30 am on Wednesday. And at this point, I don't envision Moore letting too many people - if anybody - know what that decision will be until then.

On Devin Moore
Source in Gainesville - biased a bit, but one that hasn't been afraid to say "I don't know" several times over the last couple weeks - tells me that Florida "expects" to sign Devin Moore.Do they? That's an entirely different thing.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Notre Dame and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Notre Dame and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
