Notes on 2022 DB Devin Moore
Just spoke to 2022 Naples (Fla.) DB Devin Moore, who was just offered Thursday morning by Notre Dame. Terry Joseph offered him and the two seemed to connect right off the bat. Moore loved how Joseph was serious and wants that in a future coach. The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder played safety his first two years of high school, but will be making the transition to cornerback this year as his team needs him there. He's pretty fired up for the move and is putting in work to make sure the transition goes smoothly for him and his team. He also believes his length will help him out there, which is likely why he has the offer list he does so early in his process. In terms of schools, Notre Dame is a school that has his attention. He would be the first to admit he doesn't know too much about the school other than Notre Dame's academic and football prestige, which is something he and his family are high on. Moore has the big in-state offers already, but he stated he's more than open to leaving the state at this point and he's giving every school a hard look. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/2508385/5d937183bd6bc40ae4f6fdca

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
