Notre Dame's staff will continue to travel the country on Thursday and that includes a stop to check on the most talked-about prospect on the board. Offensive coordinator Tommy Ress will be in Michigan and is expected to stop to check on 2023 Martin Luther King (Mich.) quarterback Dante Moore. Notre Dame continues to have a presence at the school despite not being able to sit down with the five-star prospect per NCAA rules. Rees is also excepted to check on 2024 Saline (Mich.) quarterback CJ Carr and 2025 Belleville (MIch.) quarterback Bryce Underwood - both hold offers from the Irish. Notre Dame receivers coach Chansi Stuckey is expected to remain in California on Thursday and one stop will likely be to check on 2024 Rancho Santa Margarita (Calif.) athlete Emmett Mosley, who was on campus for the Blue-Gold Game. Offensive line coach Harry Hiestand will continue his travels through Pennsylvania as he's expected to make a stop at Malvern Prep to check on 2024 offensive line target Peter Jones. The four-star prospect was on campus this spring and holds the Irish in high regard at this stage. Tight ends coach Gerad Parker is expected in South Carolina and running backs coach Deland McCullough is expected to be in Louisiana. Defensive coordinator Al Golden is expected to head to the Northeast on Thursday. He's expected at Catholic Memorial (Mass.) to check on new 2023 commit Boubacar Traore and Central Catholic (Mass.) to also check on 2023 commit Preston Zinter. Defensive line coach Al Washington is expected to check on 2024 defensive end Jayshawn Ross. Chrisitan had an update yesterday on Ross: 2024 Vyper Jayshawn Ross Remains High On Notre Dame, Al Washington - It's not confirmed but it wouldn't be surprising if Washington also checks on 2023 North Kansas City (Mo.) defensive end Adepoju Adebawore. The top target is 2023 DeMatha (Md.) Jason Moore, but if the Irish miss on Moore and want a fifth defensive lineman, Adebawore could be a guy who gets an offer. Cornerbacks coach Mike Mickens is expected to remain in Arizona while safeties coach Chris O'Leary is expected to remain in Texas. Special teams coordinator Brian Mason will head from California to Iowa on Thursday. Notre Dame Fighting Irish Campus Casual Classic Logo Hat

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Notre Dame and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Notre Dame and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
