Hit & Hustle | ISD Fab 50, Recruiting, and Spring Ball Talk
Greg Flammang and Jamie Uyeyama are back discussing the ISD Fab 50 and Notre Dame targets who are in it and why some aren’t. They also talk about 2024 OL target Anthonie Knapp, why Jamie likes him as a prospect, and why they believe some of the concerns about him may be misguided

Top Indiana 2024 WR Visiting on Saturday
2024 Northwood (Ind.) WR Nitro Tuggle tells me he'll be at Notre Dame on Saturday for an unofficial visit. Tuggle has become one of the most coveted receivers in the country in recent months. Notre Dame has not offered yet, but I think they've been waiting to see if they can offer. Offer: Akron, Auburn, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Colorado, Eastern Michigan, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Jackson State, Miami, Michigan State, Minnesota, Oregon, Penn State, Purdue, Texas A&M, Toledo, UAB, Vanderbilt, Virginia, Washington, Western Michigan and Wisconsin Junior Highlightshttps://www.hudl.com/video/3/14806048/63680f86bd6b0009b429bf87Notre Dame Fighting Irish Super Slack Tide Omni-Shade Button-Up

A few notes
- Notre Dame's newest safety offer went out to 2024 El Campo (Texas) standout Oliver Miles III on Wednesday. The 6-foot-1, 175-pounder has a lot of quarterback highlights on his film, but it's similar to Brandyn Hillman's film where he's showcasing his athleticism. There aren't a ton of clips at safety, but Miles shows the ability to cover ground and make plays on the ball. He's long, which is intriguing as well. It will be interesting to see where his recruitment goes as some of our best Texas sources hadn't heard of him. One of them did immediately watch the film and came away impressed and curious why he didn't have more offers. Notre Dame has strong connections across Texas and if you look at some of the latest Irish offers, they have gotten in on some 2024 kids before they've blown up. Examples: TJ Lindsey, Styles Prescod, Loghan Thomas, Jaxson Jones, etc. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/16372792/63d006732ab078167c901c0a- - - - - - - - - Checked in with a few sources on 2024 Fort Wayne athlete Brauntae Johnson. The plan is still to release a Top 10 sooner than later, but I have a feeling this one is going to come down to Notre Dame, Purdue and Tennessee with the outside chance Ohio State gets involved if they offer. The four-star prospect is still wrestling with what position he wants to play in college as teams see him as a receiver or safety. He's open to playing both, but it seems his heart is at receiver while he knows he could also be a top-flight safety. Purdue is making things interesting as they want the Indiana trio of Mylan Graham, Nitro Tuggle and Johnson at receiver. - - - - - - - - - There have been some reports of CJ Carr backing off a visit to Notre Dame in March, but I don't believe he ever locked one down. Obviously, it's the height of 7-on-7 season and spring break so not sure it was realistic to get him in as Notre Dame starts spring ball March 22nd so that's a small window to get him in to see spring practice. And obviously, I don't think not sacrificing a 7-on-7 tourney or going on spring break with his family or friends gives any negative indications on his commitment status with Notre Dame. - - - - - - - - -2024 Raymore-Peculiar (Mo.) tight end Jaden Reddell also tells me he will visit Notre Dame on March 25th. The 6-foot-5, 225-pounder has been one of the most underrated players in the country as Reddell was a low three-star prospect until recently. Once the national recruiting services caught up to college coaches, Reddell's composite ranking has now bumped up to 94.39. ISD's Jamie Uyeyama was ahead of most of his fellow recruiting analysts as he graded Reddell out at a 94. Big visit for Notre Dame as they'll host a player that might have the most impressive offer list in the country. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/13947112/636e5531578d2e0d6cb42db3Notre Dame Fighting Irish High Motor Pullover Hoodie

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
