2026 Notre Dame Recruiting Notes | Offense
We dive into 2026 recruiting and take a look at some of Notre Dame top targets on the offensive side of the ball.
Scratch for this weekend
Notre Dame has set to host one of the best running backs in the 2026 class on Thursday, but due to a family emergency, Javian Mallory won't be able to make it South Bend. The West Boca Raton (Fla.) star informed Notre Dame and myself this afternoon of the change in plans, but he's already mapping out a way to get to campus for a game this fall. Mallory ran for 1,415 yards while also adding 438 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns last fall, but also held a GPA of 4.0. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/14858099/655e2ec4478d7f0604f6efcdAntigua White/Steel Notre Dame Fighting Irish Spark Polo
The Latest | 2025 WR Branden Hoch
Caught up with 2025 St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.) WR Branden Hoch who was on campus the last two days. Everything went extremely well here. He and his family were able to see the campus, practice, and meet with the staff. Marcus Freeman made time for him and Hoch felt he related well with him and Mike Brown. Both mentioned they wanted to get down to STA this spring to see him workout. Hoch does plan on coming back and was invited to Irish Invasion. I get the feeling if Notre Dame offers it will be a wrap, but there are also some key visits with coming up with guys who hold offers and the Irish are obviously at the top of the Derek Meadows sweepstakes. He's a kid who is likely to blow up this spring or this fall with his transfer to STA. At West Boca, Hoch played with 2026 running back Javian Mallory, who Notre Dame offered and has a chance to be one of the best backs in the class. Auburn will host him this weekend. Offers: Auburn, Bowling Green, Miami, Ole Miss, Temple and West VirginiaJunior Highlightshttps://www.hudl.com/video/3/16029735/65498544a0183d0a00b39f98Champion Heathered Gray Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vault Logo Reverse Weave Pullover Sweatshirt
