The Latest | 2026 OL Benjamin Novak
Notre Dame offensive line coach Joe Rudolph made his way over to Andrean High School (Ind.) on Friday morning to check on 2026 offensive lineman Benjamin Novak.I'm told Novak's size (6'6, 328) and some of his spring weight room numbers were also intriguing from Notre Dame's side of things. Novak camped at Notre Dame last summer, and it sounds like he'll return next month to give Rudolph and Notre Dame a deeper evaluation. Right now, I see him more as a guard, but Novak has done a great job of transforming his body and working on his athleticism. He's definitely more raw than Notre Dame's 2026 offers, but it's clear Rudolph also likes size. I'm not sure if he'll get an offer right now, but he's definitely someone who will have a chance if he has a good junior year. Offers: Akron, Ball State, Indiana, Louisville, Marshall, Purdue, Toledo and Western Michigan https://www.hudl.com/video/3/17715135/65347e2ca6765707989acd12Homefield Heathered Navy Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vintage 1988 National Champs T-Shirt

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Notre Dame and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Notre Dame and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2
