Strong TE Group Expected For Invasion
I'm expected a strong group of 2028 tight ends in town for Friday's Invasion.Chicago's Jack McNamara, Indiana's Theo Schott and Wisconsin's Tre Oiler have all confirmed with me that they plan to attend. All three have offers from the Irish. Notre Dame is also intrigued by Tennessee's Bennett Conyers, who also confirmed his plans to attend. I wouldn't be surprised to see guys like Grant Bowen, J.C. Wessel, Ridge Janes and others added soon as well.

Added a few names to the Junior Day list
A big addition to this weekend's visitor list will be 2028 American Heritage (Fla.) QB Neimann Lawrence. The four-star prospect camped at Notre Dame last year and gave rave reviews after getting to work with Gino Guidugli and take the campus in. Notre Dame hasn't offered but I'd imagine that's likely coming this weekend if he's making another trip to South Bend. Entering the weekend, Lawrence holds 28 offers. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/19349836/673c07dcc1359c05ad0aec9fIf you've lived in Northern Indiana, then you've heard about 2028 Morton (Ind.) receiver Corderro Bennett. The 6-foot-5, 190-pounder is a freakshow athletically and will be in the running for the top player in the state in 2028. He'll be on campus this weekend. Bennett holds offers from Auburn, Ball State, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas State, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Purdue, Toledo and Western Michigan. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/27144174/69077c660c02cc788e7185b62028 Arrowhead (Wis.) tight end Tre Oiler will be on campus this weekend. He's a kid we're definitely putting on offer watch. He holds offers from Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Oregon, Purdue, SMU, Syracuse, UCLA, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin https://www.hudl.com/video/3/23066402/6933541fcd06d6b43c37ef0e2028 Montgomery Bell Academy (Tenn.) tight end Bennett Conyers and 2028 Mustang (Okla.) tight end Breck Brady will also be on campus. Conyers holds offers from over 10 programs, including Auburn, Ole Miss and Tennessee. Brady, an NFL legacy, holds three offers from Arkansas, Kansas State and Texas Tech. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/19792372/68ad2764c76e124fae2e8019https://www.hudl.com/video/3/20200503/6915ef6d4f38d669b7dd9359

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Notre Dame and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Notre Dame and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
