2018 Centennial (Calif.) receiver Manuel Allen committed and decommitted from USC earlier this spring and now has a new home. The four-star prospect committed to Nebraska this morning. Allen held a Notre Dame offer, but never really gave the Irish much of a look. However, much like Brendan Radley-Hiles, I expect him to continue to take visits and official visits.
