Quick Update: 2019 OH LB Luke Fulton
I reported 2019 Cardinal Mooney (Ohio) linebacker Luke Fulton had been in contact with Notre Dame last week as Clark Lea had reached out to him. I spoke to Fulton Monday night and he wants to get to campus as soon as next weekend. It's a tentative date as I'm not sure Notre Dame wants him there next weekend with everyone on Spring Break. However, I could see him getting to South Bend for an unofficial this month. Notre Dame is a program that he wants to see and if offered, it'd be tough to turn down. Fulton is good friends with current walk-on Patrick Pelini and the two have kept in contact over the last year. Ohio State has also stayed in the race for Fulton but they have yet to offer. Columbus and South Bend are the top two destinations on Fulton's schedule right now. Overall, I think Michigan State might have an upper hand right now but that's only because they have offered. Fulton went from 4 offers at the end of December to 27 offers currently. A lot is coming at him but I would be shocked if he left the Midwest as he even said he prides himself on playing physical, hard-nosed football like you get in the Midwest. National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Notre Dame and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Notre Dame and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2
