Jaylon Smith Makes NFL Top 100

You know it’s almost football season with the NFL Network starts releasing its list of the top 100 players in the NFL. 

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Jaylon Smith makes his debut at No. 61 after a huge season in 2018. 

Smith recorded 121 tackles, six tackles for loss, four sacks, two fumble recoveries and two fumbles forced in his second year of actually playing for the Cowboys. 

As a fan of the game, it’s remarkable Smith is back on a football field much less becoming the player most thought he would be after suffering a gruesome knee injury in his final collegiate game. 

It’s also impressive Smith is on this list as the top 100 is voted on by his peers. NFL players vote on their peers each offseason to formulate the list.
