2021 Texas offensive lineman Reuben Fatheree says he's remained in solid contact with the Irish since being offered a few months ago and would like to get to South Bend sometime next year.

Reuben Fatheree‍ and his Foster High School teammates have wrapped up preseason camp and are in game week, preparing for their first game on Thursday.

“It’s College Station too, so that’s somewhat of a rival,” the 2021 Texas offensive lineman said earlier this week.

“We accomplished many things like coming together as one, better defense, better offense.
