Five trips inside the 40 and 17 points. That’s not bad when you consider that Georgia had not given up a red zone touchdown before this game, but also not good enough in a game where the difference between winning and losing is so slim.

Notre Dame’s offense was much better than it was two years ago at home against the Bulldogs (5.3 yards per play compared to 3.44), which had a lot to do with the quarterback and the offensive coordinator being better.
