2022 ATH Quincy Briggs Calls Notre Dame An "Exciting Atmosphere"

Quincy Briggs‍ made the trip up to South Bend this past weekend so the 2022 Tennessee athlete could get a look at Notre Dame.

“It was nice,” the Memphis native said. “It was good. It was way different from colleges down in the South.”

The wide receiver/defensive back from Freedom Prep was impressed with the people and the campus at Notre Dame.

“I got to see the football stadium, the indoor facility, the coaches’ offices,” he said. “I got to tour the campus.

“I liked the campus. It wasn’t too big, but it wasn’t too small.”

Briggs, who already has offers from schools like LSU, Tennessee and Arkansas, enjoyed watching Notre Dame’s 52-0 drubbing of Bowling Green.

“It was an exciting atmosphere,” he said. “The students and the band were totally different.”

Briggs was able to speak with some of the staff members, who were making sure he felt comfortable while in town.

“I’m definitely going to try to stay in touch. I wouldn’t mind getting back up there.”
