Notre Dame’s internal evaluation of Brock Bowers‍ may not have recognized a major difference between him as an offensive prospect or a defender, but it clearly established the 2021 California tight end/defensive end as a target the Irish want.

“I’ve been talking with them for a little bit,” the 6-foot-3, 220-pounder told Irish Sports Daily.
