It's playoff time and Notre Dame's commits are fighting to keep their seasons and in some cases high school careers alive for one more week.

2017
Avery Davis – Cedar Hill (Texas)
Davis came through again big in a 23-21 postseason win. The senior completed 24 of 38 passes for 275 yards and three touchdowns. Cedar Hill (10-2) will looks to beat Mansfield (10-2) for a second time this year in round three of the Texas State Playoffs, as they won the first game 42-41. Mansfield also has 2017 Notre Dame cornerback commit Paulson Adebo.

Jurkovec is healing from thumb surgery and should return for hoops

CJ Holmes – Cheshire Academy (Conn.)
The Cats (8-2) cruised to 45-20 in the Wayne Sanborn Championship Bowl. CJ Holmes had a 43-yard run and an 11-yard score in the game in his final prep game. Holmes is an early enrollee.

Markese Stepp – Cathedral (Ind.)
Cathedral (7-5) saw its season end in the regional championship to Ben Davis 51-21 last weekend.

Jordan Pouncey – Winter Park (Fla.)
Winter Park (9-3) got a 35-21 win over Timber Creek to advance to round three. Pouncey did a little bit of everything on Friday night, as he had an interception and returned a punt for 43 yards. The Wildcats will face Seminole (11-0) on Friday.
Michael Young – Destrehan (La.)
Destrehan (11-0) played in an absolutely wild game on Friday evening, as they scored twice in the final two minutes to win 37-36 over Mandeville. In fact, the Wildcats scored with nine second left in the game to pull within 36-35, the holder dropped the extra point snap, but somehow managed to throw it into the end zone for the game winning two-point conversion. Young scored on a 27-yard pass. Destrehan will face John Ehret (12-2) this weekend, who they beat 21-7 earlier this season.

Central Catholic (9-2) saw its season end in a wild game on Saturday evening. The Marauders fell 69-62 to Melbourne Central Catholic in NINE overtimes after leading 21-0.

Robert Hainsey – IMG Academy (Fla.)
The Ascenders improved to 11-0 in the final game of 2016 with 16-6 win over Bishop Sullivan Catholic (Va.) on Saturday. Hainsey is an early enrollee.

Lake Taylor (11-1) got an easy 42-19 win over Heritage in round two and will face Lafayette (11-0) on Friday.
Kurt Hinish – Central Catholic (Pa.)
Central Catholic (12-1) won its 12th straight game on Friday in a 42-7 win over Seneca Valley at Heinz Field. The Vikings will take the show to Mansion Park Stadium on Saturday, where they will face Williamsport (12-1).
Jonathon MacCollister – Bishop Moore (Fla.)
Bishop Moore (11-1) knocked off Palm Bay 21-14 to advance to the third round of the Florida State Playoffs. The Hornets will now face Florida powerhouse American Heritage (11-0) on Friday.

Jayson Ademilola and Justin Ademilola – St. Peter’s Prep (N.J.)
The Marauders (8-3) got a big 28-7 win over rival Bergen Catholic on Saturday to advance in postseason play. St. Peter’s Prep will now play powerhouse Paramus Catholic (9-2) on December 2nd.

Central Catholic (12-1) won its 12th straight game on Friday in a 42-7 win over Seneca Valley at Heinz Field. The Vikings will take the show to Mansion Park Stadium on Saturday, where they will face Williamsport (12-1). Central Catholic is looking for its second-straight State Title.

Cathedral (7-5) saw its season end in the regional championship to Ben Davis 51-21 last weekend.
Drew White – St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.)
St. Thomas Aquinas (9-2) crushed Dwyer 37-0 in round two. The Raiders will now face Mater Academy Charter (11-1) on Friday.

Matt Bauer – Cathedral Prep (Pa.)
The Ramblers (11-0) hadn’t played since October 28th, but had little rust in a 58-12 win over USO on Friday. Cathedral Prep will face Thomas Jefferson (12-0) this weekend.
Ovie Oghoufo – Harrison (Mich.)
Season complete.

Isaiah Robertson – Neuqua Valley (Ill.)
Robertson will look to try to early enroll at Notre Dame.
Paulson Adebo – Mansfield (Texas)
Mansfield (10-2) pulled out a tough 54-43 win over Amarillo on Friday. Adebo had two catches for 45 yards. The Tigers will now look to get revenge on Cedar Hill and Notre Dame quarterback commit Avery Davis this weekend.
Elijah Hicks - La Mirada (Calif.)
La Mirada (10-2) won a close round two game 32-31 over La Serna. Hicks caught a 30-yard pass with 16 seconds left to put his squad in position for the game winning field goal. The Matadores will now face Los Alamitos (9-3) this Friday.
