Updated Grades on 2021 Commits

Notre Dame just wrapped up a very good class during the early signing period. That’s pretty much been the norm for them under Brian Kelly. The recruiting classes have been good to very good, with one exception.

The 2013 class included 23 players. 19 of them were 4 or 5-star recruits. The jewel of the class was Jaylon Smith, but he was one of only four top-100 prospects they signed.
