Notre Dame QB Phil Jurkovec Enters The Transfer Portal

According to multiple sources, Notre Dame quarterback Phil Jurkovec has entered the Transfer Portal. 

The former five-star quarterback played in six games in 2019 in a reserve role behind Ian Book.

The 6-foot-5, 227-pounder completed 12-of-15 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns in 2019. 

Jurkovec chose Notre Dame over Alabama, Clemson, Michigan State, Mississippi State, North Carolina, Ohio State, Penn State, Pitt, Temple, Tennessee, UCLA, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Wisconsin. 

Notre Dame’s quarterback room will be Ian Book (graduate student), Brendon Clark (RS freshman) and early enrollee Drew Pyne.
