4 Underrated 2021 Notre Dame Targets

Notre Dame may not be recruiting at a top-five level on an annual basis according to the rankings, but they’ve played pretty darn close to a top-five level over the last three years (only six programs have won more games) partly because of how well they’ve done with lower ranked prospects.

Julian Love and Jalen Elliott were consensus 3-star recruits in the 2016 cycle. Both were clearly underrated based on their college careers.
