Notre Dame Set to Host UNLV in 2022

First things first, this will not be a home-and-home series. (🤔)

UNLV announced on Tuesday afternoon it will travel to Notre Dame on October 22, 2022, for a one-game series. 

It will be the first meeting between the two programs and the Rebels will get a guaranteed $1.35 million payout for the trip to South Bend. 

"Nothing says college football history more than playing a game at Notre Dame," said UNLV Director of Athletics Desiree Reed-Francois in a statement. "We are looking forward to taking our team and our fans to South Bend for what is sure to be a memorable experience."

2020 will be the first-year under new head coach Marcus Arroyo, who was Oregon's offensive coordinator in 2019.
