Notre Dame had an interesting day on the recruiting trail on Tuesday. The Fighting Irish landed 2021 Bloomingdale (Fla.) four-star cornerback Philip Riley‍ about 30 minutes after 2021 Weddington (N.C.) running back Will Shipley‍ committed to Clemson.
