2021 Rover Candidate Josh Moore "Blessed" By Notre Dame Offer

Notre Dame had shown enough interest in Josh Moore‍ that the 2021 Georgia defensive back was planning to visit South Bend even without an offer.

The dead period instituted in response to the COVID-19 crisis prevented Moore from getting to campus when he wanted to and on Wednesday, Irish defensive backs coach Terry Joseph extended that scholarship offer.

“We were just talking a little bit and he let me know the situation with not letting guys visit,” Moore explained.
