It's graduation weekend at Notre Dame and while the University Commencement Ceremony will be online instead of on-campus, the football program is making sure its graduates are recognized.

Notre Dame has started to release videos for each graduate and as their position coach writes a letter to them.

Yes, some will be back in 2020, but it doesn't change the fact they are getting recognized for likely the biggest accomplishment of their life.

Offensive line coach Jeff Quinn put words on paper to Liam Eichenberg, who could very well end up being a first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Liam,

This is Coach Quinn. I wanted to personally congratulate you and your parents on earning your degree at the University of Notre Dame.

Can you believe how fast these four years have gone? What an incredible journey it has been. Starting three years on the offensive line, winning the Joe Moore Award, getting to the College Football Playoffs, setting the all-time scoring record at Notre Dame.

Enjoy this moment. It's very special with you and your family. It's hard-earned and well-deserved. As we like to say in our room, "Charlie Mike. Continue the mission."

Now let's go out and win all our games this year. God bless you and be Irish.

Eichenberg returns for his fifth-year and brings 26 starts in 31 games to Quinn's offensive line.

The Ohio native helped lead Notre Dame's offensive line rank 13th nationally in scoring offenses and 11th in sacks allowed in 2019.

The 6-foot-6, 305-pounder did not give up a sack in 2019 while also allowing just three quarterback hits and nine hurries in 494 pass plays.

Eichenberg will graduate from the College of Arts and Letters with a major in American studies.
