Did Notre Dame change its recruiting philosophy in a matter of months when it comes to the cornerback position? 

Head football coach Brian Kelly wanted to find athletes who could play corner as he didn't believe there were a ton of true cornerbacks at the high school level when he spoke with the NFL Network at the Senior Bowl in January. 

"First and foremost, the ability to play the ball in the air," stated Kelly.
