This game should be a quick tune up game for the Irish and it won’t be close from the start. The Aggies struggle in just about every aspect of the game, so it’s hard to pinpoint an area of concern in this game. As we stated above, the North Carolina A&T starting backcourt didn’t record an assist on Friday night, which is kind of remarkable when you add in the fact they start three guards.
The Aggies have also started different players on the year, but that shouldn’t worry Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey.
Bonzie Colson is likely to have a very productive day when he is in. I’d look for Brey to try to give Elijah Burns and John Mooney some quality minutes in this game to keep them in game shape and hopefully find a little confidence that can carry them into the tougher parts of the season.
