ISD Video | 2021 Notre Dame OL Commit Blake Fisher Dominates Ben Davis
2021 Avon (Ind.) offensive lineman Blake Fisher got his five-star ranking from Rivals on Monday and backed it up on Friday night in a 54-13 win over against rival Ben Davis.
Fisher normally has a few big-time blocks, but this night was filled with them as there wasn’t a lack of quality video.
The 6-foot-6, 330-pounder was solid in his pass pro, but it’s the most impressive part of his game is the mental aspect. Ben Davis threw the kitchen sink at the Avon offensive line with pre-snap movement, stunts, blitzes and Fisher was seen calling out the defense more than a few times.
In pre-game warmups, a Ben Davis coach was heard saying, “You got to use your hands. That kid will f*** you up if you don’t use your hands.”
And yes, like Quenton Nelson, Fisher makes watching offensive line play fun to watch.
